Throw (1 Hand)² sn0155, H2.1

  • It is assumed that Lead and Follower would be doing Mambo Step just before starting this move, which is the reason why, in Bar1.S1, Follower "continues Mambo Step".
  • In Bar1, when Lead raises and lowers Follower's left hand, it is important Lead does not add any sideways movement, because Follower may interpret it as a sign to turn.

S1) Lead takes a large step toward Follower.

Lead's left hand raises Follower's left hand in Window Hold.

Important - Lead keeps their elbow close to their body to avoid striking Follower.

Follower continues Mambo Step.

S2) Lead's right foot steps next to their left foot and points 90° to Lead's right.

Follower continues Mambo Step.

S3) First - Lead's left hand raises Follower's right hand above Lead's head height and Lead steps under the arms.

Lead turns CW to face the same direction as Follower.

Lead keeps close to Follower.

Second - Lead's left hand keeps Follower's right hand high and on Follower's right side.

The palm of Lead's left hand faces the direction Follower is facing.

Follower finishes Mambo Step.

Follower's right hand is hooked over Lead's hand as in Hook Hold.

S4) Pause.

Follower's right foot steps forward.

S7) First - Follower Spins 180° CW on the ball of their right foot, powered by their left foot.

Second - Lead's left hand lowers Follower's right hand.
