S1) Lead's right hand raises Follower's right hand above Follower's head.

Lead's left foot steps out to Lead's left side.

S2) Lead's left hand pushes Follower's left hand forward (relative to Follower), and Lead's right hand pulls Follower's right hand forward.

Lead turns 45° CW as their right foot steps infront of their left foot.

Follower's left foot does a small step forward.

S3) Lead's right hand takes Follower's right hand over Follower's head in a CCW motion using Turn Hold.

Lead's left hand takes Follower out of the Arm Lock.

Lead turns 90° CW as Lead's left foot steps forward.

Follower Spins 180° CCW on the ball of their left foot, powered by their right foot.
